For me, Ergo baby carrier is the best for carrying my baby. Before our first baby was born last year, my husband and I were looking for a good baby carrier since we anticipated that I would be using it often. For those you who don’t know me, I am a home-based baker and often have to leave the house purchase my ingredients and to deliver my cakes.
After searching at Amazon, and reading the different Ergo baby carrier reviews, we were encouraged to purchase an Ergo baby carrier. I have been using Ergo for almost nine months, and we can say that buying Ergo baby carrier was one the best investments we have made.

Guess who was spotted with the Ergo Baby Carrier?

We chose the Ergo black with camel lining in order for us to easily see our baby and his beautiful face. Most of our baby’s clothes are white (I preferred white than colored ones for the first three months of our baby) and the black color of the baby carrier made it easy for me to check on our baby. Also, with the black color, the carrier does not easily get dirty and is easy to clean.

During my baby’s first month, I was hesitant to use the Ergo baby carrier because I find it too big for my baby. But, because I really need to go to the grocery for my baking ingredients, I was forced to use the baby carrier. To my surprise, my baby comfortably fits into the carrier. Of course, it was not a perfect fit, but at least my baby was comfortable and I was able to do my errands. The next time I had to go out to deliver a cake, I placed an extra thin blanket in order support my baby’s back to make him closer to my chest. That was perfect; he was able to sleep while I was carrying him with the box of cake in my hands.

When my baby was about five months and a lot heavier, the one inch thickness of the high density foam in the shoulder straps was a big help. Plus the one-fourth inch high density neoprene foam in the waist belt, I was able to carry my baby for more than two hours with utmost comfort. Actually, I preferred carrying him while I am decorating my cake instead of placing him on the crib and me going back and forth if he needed something.

Some Ergo baby carrier reviews claim that it was difficult to strap the carrier without assistance. On the contrary, I found it very easy. What I did, I tried strapping it without my baby on. The straps are easy to manage, you just need a little practice. This is really great because most of the time it was just I and my baby left at home and I have to strap the carrier myself.

I appreciated very much that my baby is sitting on the Ergo baby carrier. My baby was very comfortable and now that he is nine months old; he knows how to behave when he is riding the baby carrier. My husband and I highly recommend this baby carrier. As far as baby carrier goes, we would not want anything else, but this.
